This past weekend, I watched the Taylor Swift documentary…

And I’m a bit surprised at just how much I enjoyed. To be completely honest, I’ve never been a Taylor Swift fan. I didn’t really have a good reason not to be, but I just perceived her to be very “vanilla” and quite frankly, a bit annoying. Well, this documentary made me sing a different tune. A fan or not, I highly recommend giving it a watch.

Tonight are the Oscars and even though they’ll probably end up being really boring, I still get very excited on the day of. I haven’t even seen majority (if any) of the movies, but I’m a sucker for a great acceptance speech and the red carpet fashion. It’s always been one of my favorite Sundays in February.

Weekend Notes

For those just tuning in: I have yet to use it, but am definitely getting it after numerous beauty industry people told me how incredible it was. Here are a few articles that sold me. This one from Into the Gloss, this one from Kathleen Jennings and this video on YouTube. One thing to note: you must be consistent with it. Don’t get it and think you could get away with using it once a week. From what I’ve gathered, daily use, or at least using it 5x a week is what will get you results.
